I will be dropping off a basket of Garden Sage at the Cafe du Cirque on Monday morning. The Sage cuttings are compliments of It's Simply Thyme Herb Farm for those who need some for the Holiday season. Stop by the Cafe for a cup of coffee and the free Sage cuttings plus dried Bay Leaves. Both of these items are organic.

For those in the Peru area we have taken free bags of Bay Leaves to the Cafe du Cirque. Just stop by the Cafe and get some freshly dried Bay Leaves. Did I mention they are organic?

It's Simply Thyme Herb Farm has been in existence since 1995. We had let the farm go down after 2004. Now that we are retired, we are in the process of bringing the farm back to what it was prior to 2004. We have changed some things though. We have set aside more vegetable gardening area since grocery store prices have gone through the roof and take care of the farmers' market.
