February Special! This month, we’re sharing something very close to our hearts: Grandma’s Enmoladas.
A recipe from grandma Blanca, made the way it was taught to us. Slow, loving, and full of soul. Soft tortillas filled with authentic Oaxacan cheese, gently bathed in a rich mole that’s slightly sweet, and beautifully peppery. Finished with queso fresco, quesillo, fresh onions, and parsley.
This isn’t just a dish.
