We love our estate-grown wines, but we would be remiss to not share our Napa Cabernet with the world.

This Napa Valley Cabernet went through an extended maceration that brings out floral notes and creates complex, rich anise and quince-like flavors. On the nose, you can smell notes of blackberry, to***co, and a slight cinnamon hint.

If you’re looking for a red that pairs perfectly with your grilled meats, check out our aged Dry Creek Merlot.

This is a sumptuous aged Merlot full of cherry notes and subtle spices on the finish. This lighter-bodied red has mild tannins that pair perfectly with grilled meat. As Merlots age bright cherry will mellow to dark cherry. The wine becomes more earthy and you will notice leaves, forest floor, and truffles.
