Today is our busiest day of the year, with 450+ Christmas orders being collected.

To help collections run as fast as possible and smoothly, we kindly ask all customers to:

• Please bring your blue invoice slip (or a photo of it) when collecting your order
• Form a queue down the left-hand side of the shop, where it has been clearly marked

Due to the volume of orders being processed, if you arrive without your blue invoice slip during busy periods, you may be asked to return later in the day when it is quieter, as we will be unable to search through invoices at peak times.
