The “Littles” got to spend their first afternoon with the Big girls for a ! Getting used to new friends can take time… as seen here with Billma’s chest bump tossing Aurora into the pond… just a minor , not bad for day one!

Until the overnight temps stay above about 50° and everyone is getting along well enough to sleep in one hut together, the “Littles” will sleep in a brooder space like they have been!

Spring is *finally* in the air! As you start your yard cleanups please consider allowing us to Upcycle your miscellaneous items before putting them by the curb!

Most of the projects around the farm are done with Upcycled materials that were either left behind or given to us by great people like you!! So, if you have any of this laying around that we could take off your hands, please send us a message!

A lot can change is a short amount of time when it’s Spring in Northerm Michigan! Our “little” ducklings have graduated to a full swimming pool and got a brooder back yard, complete with a green turf rug! Keeping them busy and the brooder clean is a full time job right now… but before we know it, they’ll be out in the pasture with Billma and Webby!

So far for names, we have Betty White and Heath Ledger (pending official genders, too soon to know for sure but we’re pretty confident on these two). And as for our other babies… we’re taking suggestions!!

Double the size in just over a week!

The little squeakers are *patiently* waiting for their tub to be full so they can go for a swim. Don’t worry, we don’t make them wait long but while they’re here, just look at how tall they’re getting! Almost time to size up the indoor pool! Swim video in the comments 🦆
