Hello everyone, sorry we have been away and not posting much! We are still very much so here for you! We welcomed another baby to our family back in February so life has been pretty busy!
It’s that time of the year to clear the freezers out so we are having a bit of a sale! Not much inventory left but we like to get it all gone before the next batch is ready!
We also closed our website, the cost to keep it going was just not aligning with our budget. We are looking to create a webpage and just have ordering go through the email but that will take some time!
What we have available:
CHICKEN
***pasture raised; on non-certified organic pastures, corn and soy free, no antibiotics
-Chicken bones: normally $4/lb, buy 5 packages for $45… packages are about 3lbs each
-Chickens skins: $3/lb (normally $5/lb)
-Chicken necks: $3/lb (normally $4/lb)
-Chicken liver ***2023 inventory*** $5/lb (normally $13.20lb) all packages vacuum sealed, no ice or freezer burn!
-Chicken wings: $7/lb (normally $7.70) ***wings are 3 pieces, they include the tips; the tips are great for soup stock!
BEEF
***the beef we have available was raised here in Peyton by us! This is COW, she was roughly 5 years old. This meat has more flavor than a steer, it can a bit tougher… but it is healthy and great quality, it’s the only beef we eat!
-soup bones: $2/lb
-short ribs: $4/lb
-offal: if interested shoot me a message and I’ll dig to the bottom of the freezer to see what we have.
