*pending pick up* This adorable heifer is available! Here are the details:

Mini Jersey/mini white park heifer calf. 22” at birth. On bottle twice a day. Comes from excellent milking lines, with grass fed genetics. Dam gives 4-5 gallons a day, and is one of our main milkers. Sire is Sureshot Pendleton. She is an investment, but well worth every penny! Message with questions or to come meet her. Peyton, CO.

This little heifer came early and gave us our first pasture birth! Generally about a week before a cows due date, we keep her in a pen closer to the house for better monitoring. When the cows didn’t come to the barn at normal milking time, 9 days before Luna’s due date, J went out to explore and found a healthy calf running around and being loved on by all three dairy cows! She’s way to small to stay out on pasture, so she got carried up to the barn with momma trotting along beside.
