Recipe:
I’m a stainless steel bowl
4 parts oil 1 part vinegar, seasoning (mustard, herbs etc)
Emulsify with whisk
Prep raw veg
Shock and Blanche beans
Toss and serve

Raise your hands if you love broccolini 👋👋

Now, I’m not saying broccolini is as good as tomatoes, but it is one of those foods that most families can get behind and enjoy.

Honestly, when we choose what crops to grow and which ones to let go, product value is top of mind. And what I mean by that is, will most folks want to eat it or not. So when it comes to cold season eating, broccolini is truly a star. Our daughter loves the stuff and so do we.

Recipe:
In a large mixing bowl add:
4 parts high quality extra virgin olive oil
1 part vinegar of choice
Add: salt, pepper, seasoning of choice
Emulsify with a whisk
Chop, drop and stir dressing

Serve right away or let it marinade and get even better 👍
