So I HAD to try my pressure cooker with veggies and salmon. I’m not a huge fan of steamed veggies but I wanted to see how the cook turned out mostly on the salmon.
Guys, gals, all of you out there: Hear me please. If you do not like to cook or the clean up, GET ONE OF THESE ASAP. You do not have to be a great cook either, just thrown that s**t in there and go!
With that said, this entire meal with prep, cook, AND clean up (because I always clean as I go then final clean before I eat while it cools)…drumroll…15 minutes 😳
The result, this bowl of deliciousness. In the pressure cooker, 5 minutes. That salmon was falling apart! That’s why it’s not so pretty lol…
What I love the most about this is the time saved.
For this meal, I put it on the sauté function and put some avocado oil, garlic, zero sugar maple syrup, and a little water (a tiny bit). Cooked that down then threw in my veggies seasoned with sea salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, put the salmon on top that I seasoned with sea salt, pepper, and a drizzle of zero sugar honey. Then I just threw in some fresh dill. Put it on the cook function for 5 minutes. Top with a little crushed red pepper cause I loooove that sweet and spicy flavor ❤️
Seriously, so so so good ❤️
