Behind the scenes… one of our most top priorities… making sure that our operators have plenty of ice is one of our most important things, when we are not a full production, we are going to a panic. It’s a domino effect for everyone. As we all know the Texas heat sometimes it’s unbearable as our customers approach our food trucks. There’s nothing more than having an ice cold water or their beverage of choice. This is why it’s one of the most important things in our industry.. that’s what 60,000 pounds of ice looks like at 3:30 in the morning as we monitor it daily. When I send out a shout out to Luis and Manuel, constantly being aware of the importance. Thank you for our team.

Today marks a major milestone as Mr. Varela Cabrera officially completed our 60-month Lease Purchase Program and became the proud owner of his food truck.

One of the greatest honors I have as the owner of Snappy Snacks Mobile Catering is handing over the title to an operator who has demonstrated commitment, perseverance, and hard work. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do.

Those 5 years of dedication has paid off.

A True Friend Since Day One

One of the greatest privileges I have as the owner of Snappy Snacks Mobile Catering is walking around the Catering House every day, shaking hands, and visiting with the amazing people who have helped build this company.

Today, I had the pleasure of seeing someone who holds a very special place in my heart—Alfonso Gutierrez.

Alfonso wasn’t just one of our first customers… he was my very first customer. That means more to me than words can express.

He proudly operates Route #1, a title he has carried with dedication and pride. Alfonso has been part of the Snappy Snacks family since 1998, even before we moved to our Pflugerville property. Through all the years, he has remained loyal, hardworking, and committed to serving our community.

Alfonso, thank you for believing in me and believing in our company from the very beginning. Your loyalty has helped shape what Snappy Snacks is today.

You’re no longer just a customer—you are a dear friend and part of our family.
