A little behind the scenes of how Rollin Tropical Ice came to life! 🚚🍧❤️

From the day we brought the truck home to slowly watching everything come together… there was A LOT of work that happened behind the scenes. Long days, late nights, lots of figuring things out as we went and putting everything together piece by piece.

We wanted to create something that would allow us to bring the same Tropical Island raspas you’ve known and loved for 24 years outside of our locations and straight to schools, parties, businesses and events all over the RGV. 🌴🍧

And somehow, as soon as we finished the truck, we hit the ground running! 😂 We’ve been blessed to stay busy ever since and finally had a chance to put together some of the process that got us here.

Thank you to everyone who has booked us, recommended us, shared our posts or stopped by the truck. ❤️ We’re just getting started!
