CONSTANT

While we spend most of our time making beer and wine, we carved out a bit of time to get together with the fine folks at Ploughman cider and whip up a collaborative cider. Constant is an American Dry Cider comprised of Espous Spitzenburg, Cortland, Harrison, Dabinett, and Frequin Rouge apple varieties. 7.6%

Shout out to our neighbors for the apple back drop. They host a killer farmer’s market on the weekend so you can pick up some fresh fruits and veggies before enjoying some beer and pizza at our place. Everything in moderation 😎

MOXEE - CBC COLLAB

We brewed a West Coast Pale Ale with our friends at CLS Farms for the Craft Brewers Conference. The base is all extra pale Pils malt to keep the focus on CLS grown El Dorado, Amarillo, and some early pick CTZ. We chose to not fine this one to keep from losing any of the lovely hop flavor and aroma. It’s pouring today (Tuesday 4/21) at the CLS Lounge in the Exhibitor Hall from 2:30-5. Stop by and say hi to the super nice folks from CLS! We’ll have draft and cans available at all locations. 5.8%

CRAFT BREWERS CONFERENCE

The Craft Brewers Conference is in Philadelphia this week and we’ve expanded our hours for the occasion. We’ll be releasing two new beers and new merchandise on Monday so stay tuned!

A West Coast Pils dreamed up with our good friends at Inner Voice. They have a great brewery (and now !) in Decatur, GA. Simple 100% Pils malt recipe for a light refreshing beer to pair with German Saphir, Citra, and Krush. Grab a 4 pack and go gambol with your friends in this lovely Spring weather. Available out West, up North, and down South on draft and in can. 5.8%

Calling all Belgian beer lovers! New on the menu in West Philly: Twice Belgian-style Dubbel. Twice was brewed with a base of Belgian Pilsner malt, a variety of specialty kilned & crystal malts, and a hefty dose of Dark Belgian Candi Sugar. We fermented Twice with a famous Trappist yeast strain for that classic ester profile and a dry refreshing finish that lets all the dark fruit, brown sugar, and bready notes shine. 7.7% abv and only available on tap for a limited time.
