Asheville Pretzel Co. Asheville Pretzels are locally handcrafted artisan pretzels using the finest natural ingredients.

Inspired after an evening of sampling some (OK, quite a bit) of the incredible varieties of locally crafted beer available in Asheville, two friends, Steve and Bert, realized that something was missing from their evening of imbibing. The beer was great, but their stomachs yearned for more, something to compliment all that hops and barley. The two quickly decided that locally crafted beer deserved

locally crafted snacks. Steve, originally from Pennsylvania (which is recognized as the birthplace of pretzels in the USA), knew that he had found the perfect accompaniment for the beer and the Asheville Pretzel Company was born. We use only the finest ingredients to create handcrafted artisan pretzels. Our pretzels are not only unique, but are perfectly aligned with Asheville's beer culture. After all, what goes better with beer than pretzels (and, likewise, what goes better with pretzels than beer)?

📣 **WE’RE HIRING!**

Asheville Pretzel Company is looking for a reliable **Part-Time Packaging Machine Operator** to join us in Black Mountain.

This position involves operating our weigh-and-fill packaging machine, filling and sealing bags of pretzels, checking product weights and quality, and helping keep the packaging area clean and organized.

**Job details:**
• Starting at **$18 per hour**
• Approximately **15–20 hours per week**
• Usually **3–4 hour shifts**
• Initial availability needed for late afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• Prior packaging or production experience is helpful, but not required

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable with repetitive hands-on work. Applicants must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
