—- Ashley’s Restaurant & Bar is definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in the Chester Heights area! Located at 68 Baltimore Pike, Chester Heights, PA, this family-owned restaurant has a huge menu with something for everyone. We tried the peach and raspberry Long. Island Iced Teas and they were really good — flavorful and definitely strong, you could taste the alcohol.

For food, we had the stuffed mushrooms with crab meat, avocado egg rolls, crab cake with shrimp with mac & cheese and veggies on the side, and the goat cheese fig jam flatbread. Honestly, everything was delicious! The flatbread was my favorite — so flavorful and different. The mac & cheese was my least favorite, but overall the food and drinks were really good. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, making it a great place for date night, drinks with friends, or a family dinner. Definitely adding this spot to my list to visit again!

Loaded baked potatoes… but make it a whole experience 🔥🥔

We’re talking bold flavors, real comfort, and a little creativity on a classic—
✨ Fajita Loaded Baked Potato packed with seasoned peppers, tender meat, and that creamy drizzle
✨ Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Baked Potato stacked with juicy steak, melted cheese, and that signature finish

Same base, two completely different vibes… which one are you choosing? 👀

By the way, I still need to end up running after this 😅🏃🏽‍♀️

March in Ocean City just hits different 🌊✨

Stayed at Hilton Suites Ocean City Oceanfront and honestly… the vibes were exactly what I needed. Peaceful, relaxing, and just enough going on without the chaos of peak season.

We kept it light and fun — mini golf during the day, soaking up that fresh ocean air, and strolling the boardwalk (bonus: parking was free until sometime in April 🙌🏽). Then brunch at Barn 24 (10/10, definitely a must if you’re in the area).

What I loved most?
No big crowds, super reasonable prices, and the weather was actually perfect — not too cold, not too hot. You can feel the town starting to wake up for the season, which makes it even better.

If you’ve been thinking about a quick getaway… don’t sleep on Ocean City in the off-season. It’s giving calm, cozy, and low-key luxury without the summer rush 🤍
