The perfect drink to start your summer - the Strawberry Quick.

4 oz Pennsylvania Dutch Strawberries & Cream
1 oz vodka
2-3 fresh strawberries

Muddle strawberries in a shaker, add Pennsylvania Dutch Strawberries & Cream and vodka with ice and shake until cold. Strain into martini glass and garnish with strawberry.

Enjoy!

We are so exited to announce the release of our new product, Chocolate Cream!

Chocolate Cream is a decadent treat made with fair-trade African cacao beans that are first steeped and occasionally stirred to create a cacao extract that has aromas of bittersweet chocolate and cocoa. The cacao extract is then blended with milk chocolate, fresh Lancaster milk, vodka, hints of roasted hazelnuts and vanilla to create a delicious pour 💗

Heat it up with your favorite cocoa powder for a decadent hot chocolate, blend it with ice for a rich and satisfying milkshake, enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in a delicious martini!

Pass the cupcakes, happy Super Bowl Sunday!

Pennsylvania Dutch- Salted Caramel Cupcakes 
 
Ingredients: 
1 box white or yellow cake mix + ingredients called for on box 
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
2¼ cup powdered sugar 
5-6 tablespoons Pennsylvania Dutch Salted Caramel liqueur  
2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
Heavy pinch of salt  
 
 Directions: 
-Make and bake your cupcakes according to box instructions. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely. 
-To make the frosting, cream the softened butter until smooth. Add in the powdered sugar, salt, vanilla extract and Salted Caramel liqueur. Mix on low to get everything incorporated. If your frosting is a bit thin, add a few more tablespoons of powdered sugar. If it’s too thick, add another tablespoon or two of the liqueur. Once everything is combined, mix on medium speed for 1-2 minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.  
-Frost your cupcakes and enjoy!
