Been holding on to this one for a bit but I wanted to make a big announcement as we get ready for the next bbq season;

With a heavy heart, we’re having to say goodbye to Philadelphia and moving on to a new chapter of our lives in Maryland💙 But don’t worry — the flavor is staying just as fire! 🔥 We’ve got some exciting events coming up in Philadelphia, and we can’t wait to serve you all again! Thank you for all the love and support so far, and we’ll see you soon for some delicious memories! 🍴🎉

THIS WEEKEND - 10/26 4-9

Heads up barbecue family, this will be the last event for 2024! We look forward to serving everyone one last time this year!

We’re moving into the offseason with some exciting “behind the barbecue” tasks that we can’t wait to show you in 2025. We’ve been fortunate enough to have grown the business to a point where these tasks make sense. This is all thanks to everyone who has ever supported us and we can’t thank you enough!

Cider-Brined Pork Tenderloin w/ mustard bbq sauce & a side of Mac

In case you missed it, we’ve rolled out a few fall items!

First up is our cider brined pork tenderloins. Brined 24 hours in apple cider - they’re smoked and then grilled to finish! Topped with a mustard bbq sauce, it’s a great one!

Next, the Apple Slaw. I love the pops of color from the purple cabbage and the bright, crispness of the Granny Smith apples. Cider vinegar dressing rounds it out with sweet and tart apple flavors.

Come try these while you can! We’ll be at today from 3-6:15. See you there!
