Thank you everyone for your support. We sold out yesterday for the 4th time in a row. We also sold our first Whole Beef Brisket. Big shout out to ! As some of y'all know I'm an Executive Chef so I love to cook and over the last few years I've been honing my BBQ skills via everything from BBQ competitions, catering, meat-smoking seminars, recipe development, traveling to taste, meat fabrication classes, etc. Beef Brisket is one of the most difficult meats to cook. Chefs spend years perfecting this craft. I like a challenge, hence why I've gravitated to smoking Briskets. Embracing the 12-hr. cook time, sleepless nights, locating and sourcing purveyors and the countless hours/days prepping and cooking just to taste the finished product. Since this is just a hobby of mine, it is sporadic when I do light the grill. So please stay tuned and be on the look out. Thanks again for all of your support.
