Coming soon to the B/C Connector -- full size Goodlands hot sauce and spice flights in the new Penn's Landing gift shop! Last fall I participated in a small business incubator with and it's surreal to see our sauce on these shelves. It took a minute to get here, but we did it. Very excited to see Goodlands travel home (or onwards) with a new community of global travelers.

At last!! Our limited edition hot sauces are live on the website. Enjoy two spin-offs of Maple Chili Garlic (-you know it well), ft. original artwork by friend of Goodlands . We're excited to offer Maple PHILLY Garlic -- a milder, all-green MCG -- and Crocodile Tears -- a superhot-but-still-delicious variant on Maple Chili. Croc Tears is, in fact, the hottest sauce we've put out yet. We made exactly one batch of each, full size (5oz) bottles only, and will offer it until sell-out. Pick up at our in person markets in Philly (-Baltimore by this weekend), or order online. Get it while it's hot!

Two weeks into our holiday season, and our top sellers are our hot sauce samplers, and our Maple Chili Garlic and Spicy Basil full size hot sauces. Never thought I'd see Serrano Cilantro Lime get bumped out of second place, but excited for our basil hot sauce to get some time in the sun. Thanks so much to our customers - new and old - for stopping by in Dilworth Park, and to our new teammate for their fabulous customer service and care for the booth! Stop by anytime - here Mon-Sun 12pm-8pm, and open an extra hour Fri-Sat. Samples of anything you'd like to try!

More hot sauce for all -- this year in Philly & Baltimore! We had a busy week getting set up at the inner harbor for . Final booth pics coming, but huge thanks to my folks and my cousin Joe for their help getting us set up, and to our Baltimore team for making time to grab pizza together and check out the booth. (Even old-timer stopped by!) Come by this weekend for our official Christmas Village opening in Baltimore and say hey to Ben & Nick holding it down in the booth. We're by the fries & hot beverages, right on the waterfront -- and still in Dilworth Park in Philly every day, 12pm-8pm.

Photo dump from the final sprint to our holiday season. A bounty of serranos and jalapenos , working through our final batches of Lemon Love, beautiful fully ripened fish peppers from for our mild, holiday-ish Spiced Cranberry sauce, magical aji mango peppers from Hank , pile of serranos (my favorite to cook with at home), labels going on Lemon Love, and new updated packaging for our gift sets. These new boxes, etc., took the better part of a year to figure out but the effort was well worth it. We made so many good, vibrant, flavorful batches of hot sauce this year, and I can't wait to show them off at our holiday markets.

It's that time of year when our team is firing on all cylinders. Our booth at in is open (7 days a week! 12pm-8pm!), and we're packing spice flights as quick as our nimble little fingers can manage. This weekend, we open up at in the Inner Harbor -- a first! Can't say I don't feel a little out of my depth here, but thrilled to be bringing on more new helpers for the season, and excited to see what happens in the next six weeks. Our team is growing! To help us prepare for our busy holiday season, we're hiring seasonal market hosts for Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD from mid-November to late December. Being a part of the holiday market at Dilworth Park was a huge highlight last year, and we're excited to be coming back for more in 2025. These markets are high energy and we get to see many of our customers from the previous year -- like a little ongoing reunion.
