Six years of Ginja Snap 🤯
I had no idea my homemade ginger brew would take me on a six-year journey of learning, experimenting, starting over, figuring it out, and figuring it out again.
In 2020, I glamorously launched Ginja Snap out of my brother’s vintage shop in North Philly (slide #2). The setup was a chalkboard and two Home Depot storage bins 🫣😂
Since then, Ginja has lived through kitchen experiments, farmers markets, pop-ups, R&D, a pandemic, countless bottles, labels, tables, spreadsheets, emails, yeses, nos, really good days, really hard days, a whole rebrand, a whole relaunch, and a LOT of ginger.
Best of all, it’s grown alongside me.
I’m proud of what I’ve built, but I’m even more grateful for everything that building it has given me: the people I’ve met, the places Ginja has taken me, the community that has shown up, and all the little moments that brought me this far.
It’s important to slow down long enough to see how far you’ve come. It can be just the motivation you need to keep going.
Happy 6th birthday, Ginja Snap🫚💓🥹
