If you’re new here, I’m Sea & Flour’s President & Co-founder Penelope & I created Sea & Flour in April 2020 with my husband, Arlin, after an idea came to me, what if we put seaweed in bread?!

The bioavailable plant-based nutrients found in seaweed are some of the same that help build strong bones & improve overall health. My background in osteoporosis prevention & management sparked my interest in creating this ‘flour-powered bread’

After lots of R&D, getting a patent to process seaweed for commercial baking, designing our look & feel, making new friends with great retail partners, we’re almost ready for the world to taste our bread

Soon our Everyday Bread, will hit select stores in the greater Philadelphia area

We can’t wait for you to try our oven baked yummy & planet-positive bread!
