September 20, 1920 Domenico and Caterina Cappuccio opened their butcher shop. Through 106 years we’ve had many up and downs but through it all we have our friends we call customers to thank.

Just a few accomplishments to start the weekend off. We split a fresh goat the old fashioned way, by cleaver! Whole animal butchery done right.
Then we sliced up a few Prime Tomahawk steaks for just such an occasion and then we sold a 28 Week Dry Aged Ribeye to a customer who has been looking at it for sometime and waited for the right time and opportunity to move on it. We got some beautiful steaks after trimming it all up. About 50% net on these babies!

We will be closed on July 4th but will reopen Sunday July 5th. We’ll be open all day today for all your Holiday items. From Keif’s popular ShortRib, Chuck,Brisket Burgers, to all the different steaks to your favorite sausage. We’ll be here until 5:30 this evening.
