Sadly, we are going to take the Blueberry Buttermilk tarte off the menu for now because of the increased rise of the Cyclosora outbreak. We will be replacing it with the Blueberry Lemon Brown Butter tarte. Baking the fruit kills the bacteria where washing only eliminates some but not all of the bacteria. No sense taking the risk. All of our other fruit Tartes are baked so there is no worry.

Jersey blueberries are in season! We have paired it again with our delicious, slightly tangy, buttermilk custard! So good. My personal favorite!

We were a little indecisive about whether to take our annual vacation next week so we apologize for such short notice.

Time is short but we were added as a late entry to the Inquirers Philly Favorites list under Bakery and also for Desserts under Monks Cafe. We have until Friday, 2/27to get votes in.
