New American Cuisine is abounding with inventive interpretation and modern creations based on the very best traditions of American, Regional and International cuisine. Elevating fine, earthy ingredients and use them in unique and interesting new ways while still preserving the soulful flavors and memories we associate with them. Most of my favorite dishes are the simplest and depend on a few ingredients of the finest quality. I like food to appear effortless in its presentation. Our Company is divided into two main facets:

-Sent inspirations (have our chefs stock your kitchen with two weeks of customized entrees prepared fresh and delivered to your door)

to Harlem EatUp! – usually the highlight of my summer. Although we can't be together to celebrate of Harlem's great food and culture this year, you can tune in to watch the television special this Saturday night at 7pm on ABC7NY. A lot of the same faces you've been seeing at the festival will be back for cooking demos, musical performances and more. I am so proud of the whole team for finding a way to highlight our incredible local businesses and also help raise funds for nonprofits that support our community.
