It wouldn’t be a LOVE workshop without truffles. Yes, there will be truffles on Sunday! And warm nourishing drinks. 💕

Can we just let go of the idea that food items are good or bad? We were made to enjoy what the Earth has given us to nourish and expand every part of us. Real cacao is not good or bad. The time something (like conventional “chocolate”) becomes “bad” is in the way it’s sourced and if it’s been contaminated from its original form. There’s so little chocolate there that it does become addictive. Things become bad when we abuse them—even exercise can become harmful when abused.
Work can become abusive even when it pays your bills.

The benefits of chocolate include:

Love is everything from self-love to romantic love and all relationships in between. In this 2 hour workshop, we’ll gather to learn about ways to enhance the Love and Relationship areas of your home.

Using the Bagua map, one of the tools used in Feng Shui, you will focus on the Love and Relationship area of your home. You’ll learn tips for the Love areas as well as how to enhance your bedroom. Please bring pictures of your home including the bedroom. If you have a simple floor plan you can bring that as well as a notebook and pencil. I’ll assist you in examining your space to make positive changes that will impact how Love shows up in your life. You’ll leave feeling inspired with actionable changes to make. You’ll see your home and relationships in a whole new light.

This workshop will help you:

💖show yourself compassion and love yourself more

💖strengthen your existing relationships (family, friends, co-workers, business partners) and work through challenges

💖call in the partner you want (romantic, business or otherwise)

💖feel more in love with life and your home and follow your dreams

💖set intentions and a mantra for your space

💖get rid of things (literal objects but also ways of being) that are holding you back

💖see your space and your life with new Feng Shui eyes

Real cacao is absolutely a heart opener, especially when you make your drink with the intention that you are expanding and loving yourself and allowing in only the purest love. If you’ve attended my Simple Superfood Smoothies class, you know I talk about consciously infusing our drinks and food with what it is we need (or what we know the plants are providing for us). If we aren’t intentional about it, we may be subconsciously infusing with more negative things (since our minds are constantly wondering to repetitive negative thoughts). That’s why before making any food, you should get yourself into a good place if at all possible. If you just aren’t in a good place, then ask that the food help get you there.

If you haven’t read this simple and sweet little book by the late I highly recommend it!
