Ingredients:
▪ 1 English cucumber, sliced into thick rounds
▪ 1 ripe avocado, diced
▪ 1–2 teaspoons It’s Seasoned™ Creole Tang seasoning (or to taste)
Instructions:
▪ Wash and slice the cucumber into thick rounds (about ½ inch thick).
▪ Arrange the cucumber slices on a plate.
▪ Dice the avocado into small chunks.
▪ Place several avocado pieces on top of each cucumber slice.
