Spring just got a whole lot sweeter 🌸✨️ This one is not your average cocktail — it’s a thick, creamy, indulgent treat that drinks more like a dessert in a glass 💗💚

🍸 The Cocktail:
4 oz pistachio cream liqueur
We use Crema Alpina from 🤤
☁️ Raspberry Foam Top:
2 oz heavy whipping cream
0.75 oz raspberry simple syrup
1 oz Chambord
2–3 drops food coloring (for that soft spring pink glow)
Whip until rich and fluffy — add a little extra cream if needed to get that perfectly thick, velvety texture.
✨ Garnish:
Crumpled frozen raspberries + crushed pistachios
Every sip is layered with nutty pistachio, bright raspberry, and a luscious, cloud-like foam that makes it feel extra indulgent. Sweet, slightly tart, and unapologetically creamy — the ultimate springtime treat 🌿💕

Instructions:
Whip together all foam topping ingredients in a small glass or mixing vessel until thick and airy. A handheld electric whisk works best. Set aside.
Rim a highball (or similar) glass with chopped pistachios. Fill the glass with ice, then pour in the pistachio cream liqueur.
Using a bar spoon, gently layer the raspberry foam on top. Finish by sprinkling crumbled frozen raspberries and crushed pistachios over the foam, and garnish with a whole fresh raspberry.
