A little snack that kids (and parents) will love!
Frozen Yogurt Granola Cups 🍌
Ingredients
Base: 3/4 cup @‌micheles_granola
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Soom Organic or Premium Tahini
2-4 tbsp honey (based on desired sweetness)
Filling: 2 cups yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp honey (or however much you like for sweetness)
2 tbsp Soom Organic or Premium Tahini
1/2 chopped banana
Topping: Soom Chocolate Sesame Spread
Sliced bananas
Instructions
Start by making the base. In a bowl, mix together the granola, cinnamon, tahini, and honey until well combined. Scoop the mixture into a muffin tin or lined cups and press it down firmly to form the base.
Next, make the yogurt filling. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, vanilla extract, honey, tahini, and chopped banana until combined.
Spoon the yogurt mixture evenly over each granola base.
Add your toppings, drizzle with chocolate sesame spread and add sliced bananas.
Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours, or until fully frozen.
Once set, remove from the cups and enjoy your frozen yogurt granola bites ✨

Happy International Hummus Day! 🙌

Let us show you how you can make the easiest homemade version in just 5 minutes!
ingredients:

1 can (15oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
4-6 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
Juice from 2 lemons, about ½ cup
½ tsp kosher salt + more to taste
1½ cups Soom Premium Tahini or Organic Tahini
About ¾ cup water, plus more until desired consistency is achieved
½ tsp ground cumin
To serve: olive oil, freshly chopped parsley, paprika

directions:
Combine chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and tahini In a food processor or high-powered blender. Pour in ¼ cup water at a time, blending until the mixture is super smooth, creamy, and pale, about 3-5 minutes.
Hummus should be somewhat thick in consistency, but feel free to add more cold water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached. Stir in ½ tsp ground cumin. Taste and adjust as necessary.
To serve, spoon hummus into a serving bowl or platter. Use a spoon to create a swoosh on top. Drizzle with olive oil, then garnish with parsley and a pinch of paprika.
Leftover hummus keeps well in the refrigerator in an air-tight container for up to 5 days. When ready to eat leftover hummus, mix in 1 tbsp cold water and a sprinkle of salt.
