Version 2.0 of our Americano Perfecto is a celebration of all things spring, topped with our Dripstone Czech Pale lager. Dripstone strikes the perfect balance between semi-sweet Bohemian malt and spicy/ floral Saaz hops.

Made with strawberry infused vermouth, celery root liquer, rhubarb bitters and Dripstone lager + foam -- pllus, a touch of fernet and cracked black pepper for good measure.

It's bittersweet, crushable and very Sacred Vice.
New spring cocktails are live. Happy hour starts at 4pm.

FROND - New Zealand Pilsner - 5.5%
Collab with

Featuring Hana Pilsner malt and Wakatu Koura, a New Zealand thiol enriched hop, this beer undergoes a single infusion mash, is hopped in multiple charges in the kettle, then gets a light dry hop after a cold and slow fermentation featuring a Philadelphia Lager strain from our friends at Jasper yeast.

Now pouring / open 12-5pm / closed for a private party 5:30-7:30pm / back open 8-10pm / see you soon.

HUE - American Amber Ale - 5.8%

Somehow, this is our first official collab with our forever friends Carbon Copy, so naturally, we had to highlight an all but forgotten style we love to drink -- Amber Ales.

Hue starts with a base of Pale Ale malt peppered with a little Munich, Crystal and Chocolate malts. It's hopped with a touch of American grown Cascade in the boil, then a generous addition of whole leaf Cascade and Chinook in the whirlpool for that classic American hop aroma.

It will be available on draft and in cans this Monday, 4/20 starting at 12pm. Brew the beer you want to drink and the rest will take care of itself, mostly.
