Light work on a Tuesday evening! Went to the Italian market with the Real Junior to make some quick summer pasta on this 85 degree day!
Orecchiette. Hot Sausage, asparagus, baby cremini mushroom, onion, & garlic. Sautéed in white wine with a little tomato paste. Finished with some fresh baby arugula. Don’t knock it till you try it! Oh yah don’t forget the parmigiano reggiano!
