Big Swifty, a new IPA, is now available to go in 32oz Crowlers! Big is our first IPA to ever utilize Incognito hop extract in the kettle and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result! It was then dry hopped with Galaxy and new varietal Zappa. We taste one of those fruit salads that you get papaya in, zesty melon, lemon lime soda, and 2am fruit loops. 7.4%

Hope Winter Happens, a 1 year aged Imperial Stout with Chocolate, Vanilla, and Tangerine Peel is now available in 32oz Crowlers! We took two kegs of Pretend Winter Happened last year and allowed them to condition further on some more chocolate. The resulting beverage is an exquisite example of what time and technique can do to beers of this nature. Dense flavors of chocolate ganache and roasted malt complexity appear upon first sip, as it warms notes of hazelnut and citrus will coalesce to form this delicious dessert in a giant can. It appears as though we’ll have some appropriately cold weather this weekend, so make sure to grab some and hope with us! 13.0%

Our new sour lifestyle beverage was brewed with a base of barley and wheat, kettle soured, refermented with about 300lbs of cranberry purée, and conditioned this morning upon 100lbs of raspberry and blackberry purées. This delectable cosmic fruit gravy will pair perfectly alongside any happy holiday feast! 6.0%

We have two new treats available for you today! First, is Flim, a new Pale Ale dry hopped with Citra and Chinook. This absolute quencher is full of peachy tropical goodness and has that CP finish to keep you coming back. 5.2%

Second, is the return of Captain Baker, our liquid ode to the one and only Tom. We have been sitting on a few kegs since we brewed this and at 10 months in, it’s tasting absolutely terrific. Notes of milk chocolate, dark roast coffee, and spicy figs. 9.5%

Happy Halloween! Chant Master, a new Espresso Stout, is now available in 32oz Crowlers! Brewed with a base of Marris Otter, Chocolate, and a variety of roasted malts. Two different Ethiopian beans courtesy of the fine folks at Sweet Maria’s were used and the Espresso was concocted by the one and only Hatchy. What a treat! 7.3%

We are very excited to be releasing our collaborative Nitro ESB, Down Is The New Up, brewed with our pals up . We thought this autumnal sipper couldn’t get any better, but with the addition of Nitro this caramel delight gets that extra cozy feel perfect for the season. 5.2%. $16 per 4 pack.
