Banana Pudding Pound Cake — Soft, Rich & Comforting 🍰💛
✨ Ingredients
🍰 For the Cake:
▪️ 2 ripe bananas, mashed
▪️ 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 🧈
▪️ 2 cups sugar
▪️ 4 large eggs 🥚
▪️ 2 cups all-purpose flour
▪️ 1 tsp baking powder
▪️ ½ tsp baking soda
▪️ ½ tsp salt
▪️ 1 cup buttermilk
▪️ 1 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 1 cup banana pudding mix 🍌

🧈 Cream Butter & Sugar:
Beat butter and sugar together until light, fluffy, and creamy.
🥚 Add Eggs:
Mix in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
🍌 Add Banana Flavor:
Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract until fragrant and smooth.
🥣 Dry Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk into the wet mixture, mixing just until combined.
🍮 Pudding Magic:
