Celebrate 50 years of Rocky with . Reading Terminal will host the "Meat Market Challenge" on October 24 as part of "Rocky Season." We'll be closing down Filbert street for a day of Rocky fun including the opportunity to recreate the infamous meat punching scene from the film, a Rocky lookalike contest, Rocky themed merchant specials and more.

Thank you to all of our participants and spectators who joined us for our 3rd Scrapple Sculpting Contest! We were blown away by the resulting scrapple masterpieces. Congratulations to the winner of the judge’s vote, Toni Lee, who created a scrapple version of our mascot, Philbert the pig.

And don’t forget to join us on Saturday, October 17 for our Scrapple & Apple Festival featuring themed bites from market merchants, an Apple tasting with Lancaster county apples and a chance to vote on your favorite scrapple sculpture to win the people’s vote. We can’t wait to see you there!

This exclusive after-hours experience allows guests to try varieties of freshly shucked East Coast oysters from Cape Harbor Shellfish, served with a selection of house-made mignonettes and accompaniments.
