Last Thanksgiving with my family, we put our Chili Peppah Water into gnocchi and on top of fish and poi. I don’t think anything has prepared me for watching my family cook Thanksgiving dinner together using a sauce that means so much to me. And to see my husband use it in his way — not my way (fish and poi) is so wild and wonderful. Also our Chili Peppah Water is really really ‘ono 🤙🏼

Introducing Poi Dog Chili Peppah Water, batch: Kehaunani. 🌺 🌶️ 💧
Every bottling of our CPW is named after a woman in my, ’s family (the last one was Noelani, named after my sister).

🌺 as always, , and made with peppers, loosely based on the CPW my Kaua’i uncles shake up in a repurposed orange juice bottle before family get-togethers to put over everything, but refined through years of serving it on the counters of our former food truck and restaurant.

🌺This 2025 bottling is in honor of my cousin, with whom I’m so close that we’ve always called each other sister-cousins. Kehaunani is Ash’s middle name (one of them anyway). I love you !
