It’s official, we love the World Cup.
It’s the sport of the people and we couldn’t be more proud that part of it is being hosted right here in South Philly!
We wanted to make this hat for a few reasons that hopefully will also resonate with you.
First of all we are fully on board with the Philly vs Everyone and no one likes us we don’t care ethos. Philly looks out for each other!
It’s great that we have the match day experience but I’m more excited how the city handled dealing with fifa in terms of staying the course and not gouging people. We have a beautiful and free fan fest, tailgating is still allowed, the subway rides to and from the stadium aren’t marked up to ridiculous prices etc…
Finally we know it’s not currently being called the Linc but we wanted to do the stitching in Kelly green as a birds homage.
The hats are white because it’s summer and man it’s been hot out there. I can only wear so many black hats!
We’ve made 40 and are selling them for $35. They are moving fast so definitely don’t wait if you’re interested.
Anyways… our citra,chinook and Idaho 7 hopped hazy ipa Grinding Teeth is back today. Snag some in cans and on draft soon.
