B for Chicken

B for Chicken 'B' for Chicken is a competition BBQ Team started in 2012 by a bunch of Australian's with a few local friends based in Philadelphia.

Our goal is to have a whole lot of fun, drink plenty of beer and maybe put out some OK BBQ!! Plan to do 4-5 contests a year and nip at the heals of the pro teams. If you are confused about what the name means then look up the Cockney Alphabet, or more think about when you go to a wedding and are offered Beef or Chicken......
