A pretty big day for Ambassador’s Table.

We had our first meeting with a potential co-packer and, more importantly, got to test our product on their equipment.

There’s a big difference between making something in a food lab and figuring out how it behaves on real production equipment — and this was our first chance to see that up close.

32 trays of olive crisps later, we walked away with a lot of notes, a few things to adjust, and one more step forward.

Still testing. Still learning. Still getting closer. 🫒

While we’re still working on that perfect crunch — testing recipes, shapes, and ingredients — everything else keeps moving too.

Barcodes. Packaging. Sample boxes. All the little pieces that somehow have to come together at the same time.

And this week, one of those pieces became real: our very first Ambassador’s Table sample box arrived. 💚

Seeing our name on an actual box for the first time felt a little surreal. We’ve been looking at designs on a screen for so long, and suddenly… here it is, sitting on our table.

Still a sample. Still things we may change. But one step closer.

Meet the people behind Ambassador’s Table.

We’re Olena and Oleg, the husband-and-wife team behind the brand.

Ambassador’s Table began with something we’ve always loved: good food, shared around the table with the people who matter to us.

Right now, we’re working on our first recipe. We’ve been trying ingredients from different producers—and even different countries—because we’ve learned that one ingredient can change everything.

So we taste, compare, make notes, adjust the recipe, and taste again. Sometimes the difference is small, but we notice it. And for us, those small details matter.

There’s still a lot happening behind the scenes, but with every new batch, we’re getting closer to bringing our first product to store shelves. We’re excited to share the process with you along the way.
