Icing from cinnamon rolls

FIRST, preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish. Add the cinnamon roll pieces evenly into the dish.

SECOND, whisk together eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth, then pour all over the cinnamon rolls so they soak up that rich mixture.

THIRD, drizzle melted butter over the top and bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and puffed up.

And finally; warm the icing and drizzle it generously over the top right before serving.

Blueberry cream cheese french toast casserole

1 loaf brioche bread, cut into cubes
1 cup fresh blueberries
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
Powdered sugar for topping

All I did was layer the bread cubes in a greased baking dish, scatter the cream cheese chunks and blueberries all over, then whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt and pour it right on top. Let it soak for about 30 minutes so the bread gets nice and custardy.

Drizzled melted butter over the top and baked at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp on top.

Came out soft, creamy, and bursting with juicy blueberries in every bite. Finished with a light dusting of powdered sugar and it was perfect!

12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley

Mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy. Spoon the mixture into each mini pepper half, packing them generously. Place in a baking dish, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and bake at 375°F for 18–20 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are golden and slightly bubbly.

They come out creamy, cheesy, and perfectly roasted with a slight sweetness from the peppers and a savory, herby finish.
