We are expanding our operation again with a new 3'x 12' evaporator and adding more taps that is going to be collected by high vacuum system. The sap is then cooked down to produce sweet, clear amber maple syrup which takes about 35-40 gallons of sap to get 1 gallon of maple syrup. It is then bottled in different sizes from a gallon all the way down to 3.4oz. We bottle in both plastic and glass and do have specialty bottles available for purchasing.
