YES! One of our clients confirmed that our newest quince variety "Esfahan" is great for preparing a well-known Persian sweet called "Morab beh". This variety remains firmer than our other varieties when cooked, thereby keeping chunks of quince fruit in the thick sugary syrup. Our two trees are just now producing their first harvest so we have a very limited supply. Send us an email first before ordering to be sure they are available. [email protected]
