We are a family of Celiacs with an extremely gluten sensitive daughter. Since her diagnosis and recovery, we have seen what cross-contamination can do to undermine months of careful, vigilant eating. We decided to help other families like us get quality, non cross-contaminated, gluten free grains. Exclusively Gluten Free
Our facility and equipment are used exclusively for the harvesting and processing of gluten free grains. No gluten containing products, oats, soy or nuts are processed by our company.

Greetings Big River Grains Fans!

We're still here, just now under the umbrella of our "Sister Company," Eats & Treats Cafe.

Originally, 10 years ago, Eats & Treats Cafe was opened solely for the purpose of being a test kitchen, in which to create and beta test our mixes. However, as time went on, the Cafe grew and grew and grew.

Because the Big River Grain mixes are cornerstone to the Cafe, it just seemed to make sense to meld the two entities into one.

Hence, we brought the Big River Grains brand under the Eats & Treats umbrella, rebranded the mixes with the Eats & Treats label, and there you have it. Same mixes, same quality, same gluten free assurance, still even ship, just now doing all under the Eats & Treats label.

As part of the process, we expanded our product line, added to our recipe files, even created a few baking tutorial videos. All this, and more, now found under the recipe tab on the Eats & Treats Cafe website at: www.eats-treats.com.
