A couple years ago we got this carrot harvester. It’s changed our lives, we drive the machine through the stand and take the carrots straight to cool storage. Then we wash as needed. We will have bunched carrots for a few more weeks at markets, but they’re the same sweet and crunchy variety as the ones we store 🥕

Sometimes we eat fancy and some times we eat a wet burrito-literally, wilted lettuce, and raw quince. Thank you to the amazing chefs 🌿GTF Restaurant and Farmstand🌿 that make good veggies even better 🤍🍔 the restaurant is open for lunch Wed-Sat 11-3 until 11/21.

Oh bountiful Fall! The Willamette Valley just keeps on giving 🙌🏽 Find the harvest at our usual Farmers’ Markets and in the Farmstand until right before Thanksgiving 🥧. Then we will continue with the markets that keep going through the Winter - PSU, Corvallis Winter, and this year Beaverton staring in February 😍
