We will have lots of watermelons -red and yellow- this weekend at Hillsdale Farmers Market Portland Farmers Market Newport Farmers Market Corvallis Farmers’ Market and Beaverton Farmers Market they’re so refreshing, sweet and crunchy! We’ll have samples, come to market for a taste or Oregon Summer 🍉🌞👙⛱️ and of course we also have them at the farmstand 🌿GTF Restaurant and Farmstand🌿

The farmstand and restaurant are open this week! We changed our menu a bit to make it refreshing but keeping it tasty. Rain or shine, smoky air or heat waves, farmers still have to tend the land. This week we’ve trimmed all our garlic -see Austin on the dump truck with all the stalks! We also harvested tomatoes, kept the baby plants cool, and planted 21k kale plugs! Come support our team by nourishing yourself with local organic veggies.

Every week we set up the booth at breakneck speed - we try to not break our necks, sometimes we fail - and then we have fun with our awesome customers, marketeers and enjoy the delicious food of the Willamette Valley. It’s Thursday, we’re getting ready for market already, we’ve harvested a few items, and we’re thinking about how we’ll fit all the summer produce in our booth! Hope to see you there this weekend 🌱
