Oh look guys, we elected a RINO. The only reason she got the support she did is due to her fight against the outer loop. Now she wants to fine you for having an animal on a tether because it’s “animal cruelty”.

Animal cruelty should be dealt with on a case by case basis. An animal on a 5ft lead, empty water bowl, and ribs showing is not the same as one on a 20’ lead, shade, and plenty of food and water.

Not everyone marches to the same beat of having animals in the home. And it shouldn’t be the governments decision on how we keep our animals so long as they’re treated well and are healthy. More government intrusion is NOT the solution.
