A little about us
We love bees, honey and life in the hudson valley, I am a formally trained Chef from Brooklyn turned country girl, beekeeper, avid gardener. Everything we sell is small batch, and hand made.
Our signature line of Raw infused honeys, make everything more delicious, they can be used as a sweetener for tea, drizzled over cheese, on ice cream, or on your morning yogurt, they are amazing as a finishing sauce for chicken or salmon.
We use our beeswax, and many herbs grown at our apiary , to create wonderful natural body care.
