Care and Maintenance of you cutting board

To maintain a wood cutting board, season it every few weeks by wiping it with mineral oil and let the oil soak in overnight, wiping up any excess oil after it has dried.
Be sure to clean your board after each use with a damp cloth or rub the surface thoroughly with salt and a lemon.
Do not soak your cutting board.
