We’ve been working towards this for the past 6 months!! Whenever possible, we are replacing all of our American-milled pasta with pasta imported from Salerno, Italy! 🇮🇹🍝 Celiac disease is an auto-immune disorder, so gluten in any form is still contraindicated. But, for most Americans, gluten is poorly tolerated but isn’t necessarily a true allergy. In a competitive market, we are constantly striving to improve and find ways to set us apart. Bon appetite!!
