Every order and donation helps to support our mission to transition young adults with disabilities to independent living and community employment through a variety of programs. The cognitively disabled young adult population is especially vulnerable to unemployment as individuals age out of school/work programs without being properly prepared for independence and employment. ADS Subs & Salads was created as an employment option for disabled young adults with employment goals. We currently serve the greater Phoenix area with a mission to expand to nearby cities in order to reach more members with employment goals.
