You can now find our pasture-raised eggs in Tucson at Time Market, and we couldn’t be more excited.

When you live in a city for many years and move away, there are always places (food) you wish you could take with you. I spent 8 years living in Tucson, for both medical school and my undergraduate studies (Bear Down!), and the place I miss the most has always been Time Market (for their breakfast, for their bakery, for their pizza, for their perfectly curated groceries, and for the the welcoming “pull out a book and read” atmosphere.

A few weeks ago, our family was in Tucson. A trip to Tucson means a trip to Time Market. Despite my incredibly high expectations, the breakfast still managed to exceed them. On our way out, Henry handed the staff a few cartons and of our pasture-raised eggs and asked them to give them a try.

A week later, a new collaboration between Henry’s Egg Farm and Time Market was born. And, if you cannot tell from my overly sentimental business post, we couldn’t be more excited.

Beginning this week, you can now find our eggs in Tucson at Time Market!

We are thrilled to announce our newest culinary partnership, Go Go Avocado.

Go Go Avocado started as a weekend pop-up at the Uptown Market AZ almost 4 years ago. With a mission to serve fresh avocado toast for the community, growth was natural. Everything is thoughtfully sourced from local farmers and artisans.

Beginning today, you will find us INDOORS every Saturday
for the summer season (summer hours are 7am-11am). didn’t know that was also indoors in the summer? you have been missing out! it’s the same location and there are also still outdoor vendors and food trucks, but eggs, meat, dairy, produce, and other market stands are located indoors the summer season (just look for the signage)
