Leaving the hospital as a brand-new family of three! 👣❤️
We welcome Sierra Marie Sausa, born 4:44 on 10/10.
I’ve done a lot of things in my life, but becoming a father is the greatest milestone yet, and looking at this little one makes everything we do at the business feel so much more meaningful. Building this dream has always been about community and family, and now we’ve officially welcomed our newest team member.
To our amazing family’s, customers, partners, and friends, thank you for your support as we step into this beautiful new chapter. The future of our family business just got a whole lot brighter! 🍼 🍕

That’s a wrap on an incredible summer catering season! 🍕✨
From golden hour backyard parties to full spreads of wood-fired pies, antipasto cones, and fresh cannoli, thank you to everyone who let us be a part of their celebrations.

I always tell myself I’m going to take more photos during our events, but honestly? The second that oven heats up to when the last flame goes out, I am thinking of nothing but the pizza. My head is in the game. 🔥
But tonight, right in the middle of the absolute craziness of a hectic dinner rush, I managed to steal a second. I whipped out my phone, and I’m so glad I did. This shot feels like a motion of stillness amidst the beautiful chaos.
Just look at that crust rising, full of air and that perfect rise. The pepperoni is just starting to get that irresistible curl and crisp. The cheese is melting into a flawless blend with the tomato sauce, and that flame, it’s kissing everything with 850 degrees of sheer magic. ✨
This is why we do it. The focus is always on the pie, but it’s nice to share a peek into that intense moment of creation.
I love what I do, and I’m so thankful I get to share it with the world the way I can. Thank you. 🙏
