Good Morning to all HUNTERS OUT THERE!! PLEASE MAKE SURE BEFORE COMING TO OUR FACILITY THAT YOU CALL AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! 602-375-1646 That will insure that you bring your harvest the way we accepted them!! All elk must be QUARTERED ! NO ribs ( no room for them) but we'll take the rib meat along with backstrap,tenderloin,neck meat ! NO DEBONED MEAT !! LET US DO THE WORK!! I know out there it could be kind of tough at times so go prepared ! We're a smaller company and don't have alot of time for cleaning up your Harvest !! So far so Good !! Attention!!! Customers asking how to bring in their harvest( Game ) .We prefer Quartered or even whole as far as deer Must be skinned out no head or hooves especially all tag ! Elk 1/4 no ribs we will accept Rib ,Neck meat deboned no hair dirt or leaves! Bring it in the way you would like to eat it ! Was told some processors asking for deboned meat only !! Let's us do the work ,we understand some situation as far as the hunt, so go prepared tarps ,saws bags etc ! Good luck to you all! Sanchez Wild Game has ALWAYS had the best Customers!
