💌 HUHU is the nickname of Andrew, our founder! His beloved 3-year-old niece was struggling to pronounce shūshu (叔叔) — uncle in Mandarin, and called him “huhu” instead. The nickname stuck around!

📍Huhu grew up in Melbourne, Australia, and after childhood years helping out in his mum’s Chinatown restaurants, he spent many of his adult years living and traveling in China where he became passionate about health & cooking, and — of course — fell in love with dumplings.

🥟HUHU’s House of Dumplings was born in 2023 — a modern, gluten-free twist on centuries of cultural heritage.
